In the course of our lives there is not one thinking member of humanity that does not at some point in their life ask "why".  The search for "why" has been referred to since ancient times as the quest for "light".  As can be seen from my grammar and punctuation errors I definitely can be defined as a "hillbilly", but as has been proven for thousands of years those who search for light can come from all walks of life.  The primary intent of this spiel is not to teach but to invoke everyone to think about everything for themselves.  Do not allow yourselves to be blindly led by your political leanings, dogmatic beliefs or superstitions.
       Thought provoking feedback, for or against my muses, is always welcome.  For this initial blog the first topic I would like to bring up is the ancient saying "Man know thyself".  What can that possibly mean?  I will put the thought out there and come back later with my ideas.
